Exceptional
Perfect stay
Liked: Clean, everything you need in the apartment. Good location
Disliked: Sofa bed uncomfortable.
Location perfect, spacious modern apartment, just little niggles which spoilt what could have been 10/10
Liked: Excellent location nice clean modern spacious apartment
Disliked: We struggled with the tv the whole stay, and when showering the water was filling the bath because it wouldn’t drain away properly often taking at least 10/15 mins to drain,
Fantastic
Liked: Everything
Disliked: It was great. No complaints at all.
It was a pity about the problems because it is a lovely apartment
Liked: Lovely apartment, everything we needed was there and good location.
Disliked: Very difficult to find the correct key safe and would have struggled to open it if it wasn't for the cleaner from another apartment coming out. Apartment hadn't been serviced but a phone call brought a cleaner who did a good and efficient job while we waited. I have a smart TV at home but could only get channel 5 to work for the first 2 days and then nothing would work.
Excellent stay in Harrogate
Liked: Perfect for our stay in Harrogate, bed was very comfortable, lounge/dining area light and roomy, all the streaming services we needed and WiFi good, kitchen well equipped. Really liked communication and info prior to arriving. Location also perfect
Disliked: Nothing negative from us at all:-)
Liked: Local cafe for brekfast was excellent - self catering property
Disliked: We couldn't get the TV to work, the side panel on the sofa fell away if leant on - supposed part of the process to make into a bed but not good when leaning on it
