  Liked: We arrived at Liverpool Grand Central Station and the property was only a two minute walk away, very easy to find. We were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in time. Very friendly girl at reception gave us an upgrade to a large studio apartment rather than the regular one we had booked. Easy to walk to all the main sights in Liverpool from this location. Apartment kitchenette had everything we needed, very practical place to stay.

  Great location for a few nights

  Liked: Great location and even though it's really central you don't hear any noise from the street due to the double windows. The room is spacious and has a fridge etc. Great shower.

  Disliked: Couldn't get the TV to work, this was the same in the gym as well. Couldn't seem to get it to turn on and then angle towards the bed.

  Central Location

  Liked: Comfortable studio room.which included kitchen facilities. The hotel was located on the main shopping precinct and r1estaurant street was nearby so was very convenient. Free coffee and tea available at reception.
