  Liked: Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Excellent location and price.

  Disliked: Stair use for emergencies only - you should have the choice! The toilet area flooded after showering, had to use towels to soak it up. It looks as though. I was okay, but my wife thought the room was a bit cold later at night.

  Disliked: One lift for whole hotel is a bottleneck Door cards identical - only 1 works as other is used for the power & lights so make sure you dont use the card you got in with for lights or you'll need to go back to reception to get access

  Super good value.friendly

  Liked: Great welcoming and helpful staff. Good value for money.Basic but super for one night stay.clean and very convenient location for me to get to Albert Dock next day.Thanks
