Innside melia was a perfect place to stay in Liverpool and offered comfort, luxury and a very hospitable reception from

Liked: The hotel wasn’t too far away from the centre, with perhaps a 20 min walk to the docks and main shopping street. We had a river-view room and it did not disappoint!! The view was incredible, and the room was cozy and filled with everything you could possibly need and want for a few days’ stay! Myself and my boyfriend were really impressed with the staff too - they were hospitable at every request and query and couldn’t have done more for us!

Disliked: The 360 sky bar was disappointing so if I were you, I’d save yourselves a £20-30 expense and go to one of the other fabulous bars nearby!! We had a Hugo spritz and a beer and the beer was flat/cloudy (peroni) and my cocktail tasted like pure lime and was evidentially made by someone who didn’t know what they were doing. I’m not one to complain but when paying £12 for a 3-ingredient cocktail, you expect better! And service was VERY SLOW!!!
