  Generally very good

  Liked: Large bedrooms, great breakfast, excellent position

  Disliked: Pillows are hard. Soundproofing not that great. 1st night was very noisy with loud music coming from outside

  We had a wonderful weekend in London and I would definitely stay at the Leonardo City Hotel again

  Liked: Loved our executive room which had a fabulous view across the city. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned,

  Disliked: Not leonardo fault but it’s a shame the circle and district lines weren’t in use on Sunday.

  Great hotel, fabulous spa, friendly staff- I'll be returning!

  Liked: The room was lovely. I wasn't worried by the lack of view as that's not unusual for London. The location was very close to Tower Hill Tube station which was very convenient. The spa was wonderful!!!
