Disliked: Holes in curtains - carpet needed a good hoover - dirty laundry trolley left outside room on arrival and when we got back in the evening. Would be nice to have facecloths in the room

Liked: Everything is excellent there. So friendly, excellent service from nice staff that can’t do enough for you. Everywhere was so clean, No need to bully staff for a upgrade on excellent room., as they probably don’t have a bad room.

Disliked: Reception staff. Mainly Paula and guest services. We paid a lot of money for our apartment on the 13th floor as it was a special occasion. I had asked for our room to be made up during our stay, therefore forfeiting any eco reward points. Not only did they not make up our room but reception staff (Paula)lied and said we didn’t request non eco and then quickly changed their mind when I asked to see their computer screen. No apology. No reward points redeemed. Told me because I booked through booking.com that wasn’t an option. Advised her it was as I checked in online on their app. Guest services just brushed us aside tried to tell us we would have the points. Obviously said just to get rid of us. No points, no surprise!. Shampoo container is not replenished from other people’s stay. 4 robes for 5 people. The little things all add up especially when paying top prices.
