Extremely clean, friendly staff and very convenient for the O2 arena

Liked: The lovely lady who helped us check in was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms and whole hotel very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and was constantly being replenished. We saw Radiohead at the O2 arena and this hotel is perfect and convenient. The queue for the tube was miles long for going back into London which made our trip back to our hotel so easy. We just jumped in the number 161 bus and were home in just 25 mins from when we got out of the stadium. A perfect place to stay for the venue.

  Weekend stay

Liked: Rooms were tidy and very spacious. The hotel is in a great location and very easy to get to. The staff were lovely in particular Sharon who was very helpful. The price was great value and I would definitely come back if I was going to magazine again in London.

Liked: One of the best and clean hotel in Woolwich arsenal the rooms are clean services 100 percent on point, when you visit ask of (Sharon) she was nice and welcoming if you ever find yourself at the hotel ask of her. Also the view that over looks the Woolwich dockyard is wonderful, wheelchair access is available among other things. A very cold experience

Liked: One of the worst experiences staying in a hotel, checked in on a very cold night and the room heater wasn’t working, I couldn’t sleep because the room was cold and had to trigger my partners asthma, reported, wrote an email complained about it and nothing was done. Not a good experience at all

  Handy, comfortable hotel

Liked: Nice modern hotel, great position just two minutes from Woolwich tube station and 4 mins from Woolwich Arsenal DLR station. Ideal for walking along the Thames path or exploring the Woolwich Arsenal complex. Slightly further out of the Centre but most places accessible in around 20 mins by tube.
