Bright comfortable downstairs 2 bed flat with outdoor space

Liked: Bright nicely presented downstairs 2 bed flat with everything you need. Outdoor area. Heaton is a busy area with plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Close to a park and near bus routes into town. Key pad check in and out and clear communication with host via app. Would use again.

  Poor and disappointing

Liked: Good location. Great heating and hot water.

Disliked: Furniture was filthy. Sofa was a petri dish of filth. Covered in stains with an attempt to cover them with a stained throw. Throws on the beds were stained also. End of the pull cord in the bathroom was black and filthy. Bathroom lino had a footpath of dirt where it been trodden for years. Washing up bowl cracked and taped up. Been cracked for months according to other reviews. Spend £5 and buy a new one. Sill fell off back door as soon as it was opened. Wood completely rotten.

Comfortable and convenient stay, but first impressions are important - the outside needs work! Good

Liked: The location was very convenient and it was always easy to park on the road. Inside the flat was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: From the outside the house looked very neglected with weeds and a door that needed painting.
