Pleasant
Would absolutely stay again. Made me want to spend more time in Newcastle
Liked: Clean, comfortable and well located. They had a full kitchen that was available for use which was also a great surprise.
Disliked: Nothing. Check in was easy, then place tidy and the staff lovely.
My stay was for the purpose of an early morning hospital visit, this absolutely done the job, refreshments in the room
Liked: The property was lovely and tidy, really welcoming, was cozy little room with everything you would need for the night.

Convenient location
Liked: The close proximity to he football ground.
Disliked: Lack of sheets and towels which I did receive after. Could not adjust the temperature on the shower which as permanently set to very hot.
Really good for 1 or 2 night stay
Liked: Did the job had everything I needed for the 1 night stay
Disliked: Was really noisy outside at around 2 in the morning with kids screaming but I did only stop one night so mite of been a one off would definitely stay again
Great location, needs TLC
Liked: Great location, room had everything we needed and a short distance to everywhere in the city. Lovely comfortable bed and easy check in.
Disliked: Simple TLC needed to improve: Fix right side bed lamp, possibly just bulb. Fix shower riser rail as falls down. Fix toilet seat as loose. Buy cheap white pillow cases as all mismatched!
