Liked: Room was spacious and staff were friendly. Great location.
Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing. Ran out of beans, scramble eggs and tomatoes. Toast and poached eggs were made to order but took around 30 mins to arrive. The chef then accidentally put them on the buffet and other customers took them. Coffee was cold by this point and the rest of the buffet items had not been refilled. The parking was also a bit strange - one car behind another. This meant that we had to move our car (in front) twice during breakfast one morning and were then called to move it again before 8am the next morning.

Disliked: Nothing really Apart from the radiator in our room had been leaking which made the carpet & even the bottom of the curtains wet Reported to the lovely receptionist when we were leaving, she was straight on to maintenance I’d expect it’s already sorted 😀

Liked: This is the first opportunity that I've been able to write something. So I'll write it here, the Gent that was on the desk, the night we stayed was extremely helpful!, being dyslexic makes booking hotels, not my forte!😅 Id made a mistake in the booking and he sorted it all out calmly and kept my dignity in tact. ⚡ He was very professional and made a embarrassing/ tiresome situation very easy. So we would both like to thank him for that!
Unfortunately fire alarm went off at 230am and i was unable to get back to sleep. No hot shower - reported to staff
Liked: The property had free car park - although park at own risk as can be double parked (as we were and had to wait for them to move car). Rooms modern, fridge in our room
Disliked: Shower did not get warm / hot. Reported to staff.
