  Liked: Central location, felt safe and secure in the apartment block, instructions were easy to follow, staff were very responsive to my questions before arriving, great to have a parking permit.

  Disliked: Cleaning looked a bit rushed. We used the vacuum cleaner ourselves but it made the room smell. I found the sofa more comfortable to sleep on than the bed. Disappointed with the lack of supplies, given we were there for five nights (eg one toilet roll in bathroom, one bin bag in kitchen, no cooking oil, soap dispensers almost empty, tiny amount of washing up liquid). Small maintenance issues, like light flickering in bathroom and batteries needing replaced in remote control. There was a lot of street noise- pubs, clubs, sirens - but that's just the nature of the location, not a complaint.

  Liked: the location, the building entrance is secured with a password. the central station is 5 minutes walking. the center is 5 minutes walking. good for those who need kitchen and full bedroom equipments.We rented two flats. The first is two-bedroom flat, it was clean and had a balcony with a view and was very good. The one-bedroom flat had a small balcony overlooking the interior.

  Disliked: The one-bedroom flat smelled awful and was poorly cleaned. The bed and sofa were dirty, and the dining table and chairs had stains. I cleaned it after checking in directly, but the smell persisted. It may have come inadequate cleaning.

  Disappointed wouldn't use again

  Liked: Flat was ok. Quiet neighbours in the block itself.

  Disliked: Lift not working which we were informed by other block users had been the case for 7 weeks. Wasn't given flat location while the morning of the booking, which was on the 6th floor. Felt this was deceitful as cancelling the booking would have lost us money. Not acceptable, should have made us aware at the time of booking that the lift was not available. Also, had to pay for parking as pass provided was for a location that had a non operating fob provided. Also the location was insecure with a hole in the security fence where access could be gained to the vehicles inside had we been able to use the facility 😯
