  Liked: Wery close to centre,train station,easy find and all local....

  Not worth the price we paid

  Liked: Hotel was a good location, close to Newcastle centre.

  Disliked: Bed was rock hard and only had a tiny thin duvet. There was something beeping in the night. Room took ages to heat up with the air-conditioning/heating control so for the first night we were freezing. Worst nights sleep I've had in a hotel. There were no amenities e.g. no kettle or tea bags. The plug wasn't anywhere near the mirror so it was difficult to style hair. It was VERY basic. You get a bed, a table next to the bed, a tv (that wasn't even in a good position to watch from the bed), a mirror, and ensuite toilet and shower with all-in-one wash. We had one towel each. Shower is fixed to wall and just gently trickles out so makes it difficult to get a decent wash. The bathroom had frosted doors but it seems the frosting was on the wrong side as you could see into the bathroom but not out of it so not much privacy. We had a small window which just faced a wall. When we arrived the button for the entrance door was broken and the staff just watched whilst we struggled to get in with our bags. Not worth the money we paid.
