  Liked: Fiona is a star, so friendly, accomodating and helpful. Property is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you need. Great location for Newcastle City Centre. Excellent value for money when every other property has been monetising the Great North Run which so many people do to raise money for charity and then get forced to pay staggering amounts to stay in the city! Couldn't recommend this highly enough, it's not the most glamorous but it's absolutely fine as a home from home.

  Disliked: There was a phone number. I was instructed to call 30 minutes before we arrived. I did went to answer machine. I called it again when we arrived still answering machine so never got to speak to the person even to this day when we arrived. I didn’t feel right the area just didn’t feel good. There were signs around the car park advising not to definitely not to leave anything in your car. Our room was on the third floor up a very narrow staircase which if there was a fire not good outside the next-door Neighbour had a massive Rockweiler dog which was barking constantly so we decided we didn’t want to stay there. We booked a Travelodge and moved on lost our £100 but we felt safer and a lot more relaxed where we moved to, the area just felt dodgy definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Great appartment just needs bed mattress replacing

  Liked: Handy location for metro centre Shop for food bits 3 mins walk away Parking on site was great Apartment clean had everything you needed.

  Disliked: The double bed was so noisy every time you moved with the springs grinding together it is a sprung mattress it needs replacing, it was not uncomfortable just so very noisy which woke us up every time we moved in the night.
