Very good value for money, convenient and kind and helpful host. A gem in Newcastle!

Liked: My room was on the ground floor and the en-suite bathroom with shower was good size. I had access to a fully stocked kitchen, which I used daily, as well as a small fridge inside my room. Small corner shop across the street and Morrisons a short walk away. Drew was a good host and other residents (who had their own rooms) were polite and respectful. The property is literally at the bus stop which was very convenient as I had luggage coming directly from the train station.

Liked: The host was super nice and helpful. I booked it the same day due to a previous last minute cancellation by a booking accommodation. He called me to confirm that I can check in as soon as I want. The room and bathroom are fine and the kitchen is available for guests.

I enjoyed my stay. Andrew made it very homely. Location is great, given the closeness to stores

Liked: The host Andrew is a great personality. Very friendly and easy going man. I enjoy talking with him about my university research.

Disliked: I would have liked that the bed has a headboard. My neck hurt the following day.
