  Liked: Booked this hotel for my colleague, and he was very pleased with his stay. The bedding was clean, the room was warm and comfortable, and the parking was secure. Would definitely book again!

  Disappointing not what we was expecting

  Liked: Friendly staff

  Disliked: The room was nothing like it was online, there was plaster chipping off the walls, there was holes in the walls, the doors was all chipping, the lock on the door didnt work, the bathroom had holes all over and tray was dirty, the fire door rotting and unsafe, there was full on dust on the blind when we opened them when I wiped with my finger it was full of dust. We look to move hotels but unfortunately we had no choice but to stay due to everywhere been sold out or out of our price range!!! Also when we got to the hotel we was told there was no breakfast which was also disappointing after seeing pictures online.

  Although it was a nice stay

  Liked: The bed. It was comfy.

  It was brilliant, thank you so much to the staff at the grainger hotel, I will be back again.:)

Good to know

There is a GBP 10 deposit for each key card which is paid upon check in. The amount will be refunded when the card is returned at check out.

Please note that there is a strict nonsmoking policy in all rooms. The Grainger Hotel will add an additional cost if guests break the nonsmoking policy.

Please provide valid credit/debit card details to the hotel upon arrival.

Guests using satellite navigation systems are advised to input Dilston Road as their destination, once they arrive in Newcastle. The hotel is on the corner of Dilston Road.

A deposit may be required at the property.
