Did not stay. Left with no refund offered even though it was due to room not being clean enough!

Liked: The staff member was very helpful

Disliked: Bugs in the bed & on the bed. Blood on the sheets. Mould on the over-throw. Show was dirty. No heating and window did not open.

Disliked: The location. In Newcastle Benwall can seem a bit intimidating for some people but if you over look that then everything is great 👍
