  Disappointing

  Liked: The window in our room was draughty. The fact that you had to pay to use the pool was surprising and disappointing. Its not something that you encounter in other hotels. We travelled with my son's football team and the boys were aged 14. We were told that they all had to leave the downstairs area at 10pm. There was nowhere for them to go to other than to return to their rooms. This is very unusual and disappointing. I have never experienced that in any other hotel. There has to be a lounge or somewhere for parents to go with older children past 10pm.

  Perfect for everyone myself and my friend took our child. They loved the room and the swimming pool was lovely nice and

  Liked: Lovely everything you need very big staff all so friendly and welcoming from reception, bar staff and leisure area. Room had everything we needed. Warm and cosy.

  Disliked: Bar was a bit pricey but that is expected in such a grand hotel. Also the room service i personally found difficult to use with the qr code
