  Nice location/Destination

  Liked: I have stayed at Grey street hotel before. Nice welcome and at hotel by interaction by staff during my stay

  Disliked: Would be nice to have a small bar. To relax at b4 Going out on the Town.

  Briiliant

  Liked: Fabulous one-night stay at The Grey Street hotel. Beautiful building in a great location. Lovely touches in the room - beautiful toiletries, great selection of teas, hot chocolate and coffee and lovely biscuits. King-size bed was so comfortable. Staff on reception at check in were really friendly and helpful in giving directions to Tyne Theatre and Opera House, and the following day, the staff on reception and housekeeping were also so friendly. We will definitely book this hotel again.

  Disliked: Honestly can't think of anything we didn't like.

  Liked: Staff were lovely and the location was fantastic. It was clean and efficient. The breakfast was lovely and we were provided with everything you would need, ironing board, iron, hairdryer shampoos etc. Room service was great.

  Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable. We had a superior room. I can acknowledge that the staff have tried to make the bed more comfortable with mattress toppers and such but it still was not great.
