  Overnight stay

  Liked: Fantastic central location only a couple of minutes’ walk from the train station. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet for a city centre hotel. Staff were friendly and extremely polite and friendly.

  Disliked: Breakfast was a bit of a free-for-all as the buffet-style service area was crammed into quite a small space. We arrived about an hour before breakfast was finished but couldn’t get a seat or table. Waited in the queue hoping something would become available, As I neared the hot breakfast part, the kitchen staff were waiting on some Bacon to be brought out. The queue then stopped dead as it appeared everyone in front of me wanted Bacon. As we had a train to catch I gave up at this point and we left The food did look good though. Obviously bad timing on my part.
