  Lovely hotel close to Jesmond and centre of Newcastle- fabulous breakfast and onsite bar / restaurant

  Liked: Location to center of Jesmond and Newcastle town centre ( visiting son at Uni ) Everything clean and room had lovely amenities On site bar was lovely and food very tasty ( although disappointed at 7pm they had run out of steak ) Breakfast was plentiful and delicious- lots to choose from Staff were very friendly x

  Very uncomfortable

  Liked: Location was very handy for the city centre

  Disliked: Bed was extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on the side of a valley. We changed rooms the second night for a free upgrade but the heating didn’t work in this room.

  Lovely weekend in a nice welcoming hotel

  Liked: We really enjoyed the breakfast and the bar and restaurant was nice and clean and not that busy when we went in.The breakfast staff were very helpful and polite.I couldn't fault any of the staff in the hotel from the reception desk to the maintenance and cleaning staff they all made you feel very welcome.

  Disliked: I couldn't really fault anything during our stay.
