  Comfortable and good value

  Liked: Beautiful building. Couldn’t fault the room for comfort and clean likeness. Excellent breakfast. Very good value.

  Disliked: Only fault was that the only tonic water available was light. Three people complained but we were told it was hotel policy to only stock light. A very minor complaint but surely easily remedied.

  Comfortable one night stay but was expecting better somehow

  Liked: Very comfortable bed Great shower Friendly staff Complimentary fudge! Beautiful old building

  Disliked: Felt a bit tired/musty. We were staying in annexe and think there might have been an event in there the day before...eveything looked a bit dishevelled! Not great location without a car, especially given the awful weather. Not great selection of teas in room, etc, although sure we could have asked for more.

  Fabulous stay

  Liked: Homely experience, fantastic staff, very friendly and professional. Room was lovely and spacious and very clean. The hairdryer wasn't working so we told reception and within 5 minutes it was replaced. Breakfast was brilliant. Great choice.

  Disliked: Everything was exceptional. More towels might have been useful with having the hot tub.

Lunch is served Wednesday - Saturday midday - 3pm.

Afternoon Tea is served daily 1pm - 4pm Wednesday to Sunday (24hrs notice of booking required).

Our A la Carte Menu is served Wednesday – Saturday, Wednesday - Thursday 6pm – 8:30pm, Friday and Saturday 6pm - 9pm.

Our Lounge and Bar Menu is available Sunday from 6pm - 8:30pm, Monday & Tuesday from midday - 8:30pm.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A deposit may be required at the property.
