  Super helpful reception staff

  Liked: The staff member on arrival was superb. Needs a pay rise to have helped me out of my worrying situation at the time.

  Liked: Good location, quick check in process, comfortable beds

  Disliked: Extremely limited on-road parking nearby, whilst it's a good location in relation to the city centre, it's still a little sketchy in terms of surroundings, booking the shared dorm is a lottery and I ended up with a very drunk and high individual in the room. The room was extremely cold in October. The windows didn't close properly and this let in both a weed smell from outside and the heat from inside out.
