Fabulous
A brilliant base for exploring the city
Liked: The apartment is a 15 minute slow walk to the city centre, and the Metro is less than 2 minutes away if you want to travel further afield. Gaining access was easy and the apartment itself was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. There's a Waitrose further down the street and a choice of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
Disliked: There had been a slight sprinkling of rain in the morning and the steps up to the property were very slippery. Being fair, a warning notice had been placed on the steps.
Liked: Location. Plenty of space. Clean.
Disliked: Impersonal. Charged for dishwasher tablets! Mattress quite springy, when I moved so did my husband and vice versa. Smell of gas in the cupboard where the washing is located.
Liked: Good Customer Care and listening ear.
Enjoyable stay, would stay again
Liked: It was very stylish and modern and was convenient location
Disliked: The lounge was dark and needed a bit more lighting

Disliked: The apartment was disgusting it smelt of tobacco and weed even after telling. Sofas are old and cracked wall are dirty finger print marks and dirty smudges. Paint cracking..carpets dirty.. Worse thing ever was the smell 😫 I literally moved to a different hotel because of it
Clean, great location but slightly overpriced in my opinion
Liked: Location was good, apartment was spotless and it was comfortable
Disliked: Very basic, we had a few challenges but staff were very quick to respond, very helpful and maintenance was there as soon as possible.
