  Did not actually stay as could not gain access to property despite contacting the hosts

  Liked: Unable to access keys via key safe at property, despite contacting host directly. Did not gain access to property

  Disliked: Badly lit, approach to property was dirty, not pleasant and did not feel safe. I had to find and pay for alternative accommodation as unable to gain access to property. Still awaiting refund of £200, despite contacting and having long telephone correspondence, directly with Booking.com. The booked stay was 11th to 13th November 2025 and it is now 3rd January 2026, I am still “out of pocket” by £200.00. I am still awaiting communication from Booking.com regarding the above issue. I am very disappointed and becoming very impatient regarding the situation. I am hopeful to receive a full refund and the issue to be resolved forthwith.

  Liked: The beds were very comfy

  Disliked: Everything else. Hidden 'security deposit after booking' Stained and broken couch, water damaged bathroom, holes in floor, and many more other things. Its also only single glazed, so is very very noisey

  Expensive for what it is - and underwhelming

  Liked: Self Catering -They gave me the wrong code - lucky a guy outsid the block having a smoke gave me the correct one

  Disliked: TV not working - reported it on arrival - followed the instructions by videoing it and sending on WhatsApp (you're not allowed to call them - they acknowledged the fault and then..........Crickets - no TV for the weekend

  I wouldn’t stay again

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: The apartment was very dirty. Full of dust and spiders. Upon arrival the stuff ask how I would like the beds. Didn’t seems to be received my request I ask for a 2 double beds, when I got there were 4 singles. How ever this is the second time me staying there and seems like they have not improve anything. Even the toilet brush was the same like 1 year ago. Broken and full of s***
