  Comfortable hotel with attentive staff

  Liked: Clean property. Comfortable bed. Excellent staff. Good breakfast

  Disliked: Very small en-suite. Washbasin was really tiny. We were on the top floor as far away from reception as possible! Difficult to carry luggage through all the fire doors and four flights of stairs at our age! Limited car parking space.

  Very pleasant with nice clean rooms and friendly staff

  Liked: Great location 5 mins walk from fab coffee shops in Jesmond. Rooms well stocked with tea and coffee too!

  Disliked: Parking is limited, we got lucky and staff were helpful in facilitating parking for others in our group. Appreciate central Location means parking is at premium.

  Liked: The staff are amazing. My husband was very ill in freeman hospital and they were so understanding. They asked about him everyday. The breakfast is great and they can't do enough for you. All you have to do is ask for anything and they'll do their very best to provide it for you. Even down to offering a little jug of fresh milk for your room if you don't like UHT milk. I would definitely recommend this hotel 🙂
