Great Stay, but Short on Towels-TWICE!

Liked: Great location. Very good size rooms. Very clean. Only negative thing: We booked two rooms for two couples. Each room had a double bed and a single, but only one set of towels in each room. One room noticed before going to bed and went downstairs to get an extra set, but the other room didn’t realise until someone was already in the shower.

Yet again always go the extra mile

Liked: We always stay at Premier Inn The Gate and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We would like to thank Christina the Hotel Manager as every time we stay Christina is always so helpful and makes our stay more enjoyable. Christina is an asset to the Premier inn at The Gate. I would also like to mention James and Lara from the restaurant they are also very helpful.

    Not impressed

Liked: Cleanliness was very poor, fluff all over the floor, grime all around the taps, was very filthy, even a skid mark on the inner edge of the toilet seat, no soap in the hand wash or shower gel. Not impressed.
