It’s a comfy flat for a short stay

Liked: The location is great, not far from the train station, very central. Bedsheets were very clean.

Disliked: It’s good for a one or two nights. The flat is not very looked after to compare with other places we have stayed for the similar price. The shower head sprays to all the directions, could be easily fixed.

    Great location but unsuitable facilities

Liked: Location was amazing so have to give it credit on that aspect. Bang in the city centre, was impressed with this.

Disliked: Where to start, the pictures do not reflect at all what the property is really like. It states 4 bedroom, it has 2 sleepable beds and the others, dont even bother. Living room had duvet sheets over the stained couches. Mirror cracks, stains on walls and a damaged chair. It wasn't the best and thankfully we was there for a night out otherwise we wouldn't of stayed in all honesty and the drink helped me sleep on the couch in the end. As stated location wonderful but for the price no way is it worth it and unsure how to complain for compensation but looking into this!

Very pleasant & would definitely use again

Liked: Location ideal for the event we were attending. Beds were spotlessly clean & comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay. I had some confusion about the deposit payment & security codes but the lady I rang (several times) was helpful & friendly. The £250 deposit may seem steep but realistically this is a very budget friendly accommodation & without the security deposit I just know the property would not be respected by some guests. That along with the gate & door access codes makes this a safe & well maintained place to stay. Street noise at the front is to be expected in a city centre but the bedrooms at the back were perfectly quiet.

Disliked: Only real downside, the living room is quite cold. It’s a big room with high ceilings & tall, single glazed windows.

Do not stay here! Overpriced, unsafe and disgusting

Liked: Location was good, very central but the surrounding areas were extremely unsightly and run down. That is literally the only good thing about this place, do not waste your money. Spend a little extra for somewhere where you will actually sleep and not feel unclean and unsafe.

Disliked: I had £30 of my damage deposit taken from me for a broken lock that was already broken when we arrived. Luckily it was broken or there would have been no bedding for our party of 6 to sleep as the lock was on the storage cupboard. The place was absolutely filthy, the plug sockets are cracked which is a health and safety risk, the appliances were rotten, the cooker hood is raining grease, the floor in the bathroom is a trip hazard, the toilet seat doesn’t fit and wasn’t even attached so you had to be careful using the toilet. We woke up to insects in our drinks, the noise meant 2 of us had no sleep, the beds are lumpy and the pillows paper thin. The building was freezing cold, the heating would not work either. There was so much noise outside as well which was quite disturbing when you're trying to sleep. Ironically you're asked to keep the noise down after 11pm but we certainly heard a lot of noise after this time. You can't look out the windows because of they've been covered and even that was peeling off. Also, and most importantly, at the top of the stairs to enter the apartment there is horrendously worn carpet tiles? Foam tiles? The tile just came away and now my mother has a sore ankle, as well as the panic of nearly coming down a set of rotten metal stairs from falling. Do not stay here, it is a health and safety / fire risk. The place needs a good clean and some TLC! A prison cell is probably more luxurious than this place. We have all left feeling very disappointed as it was for my hen party celebrations. When disputing the issues stated the property are extremely defensive and rude and been completely unreasonable. If you do decide to stay here, check the latch on the store cupboard, they probably leave it there broken so they can deduct money from your damage deposit.

Great for location perfect for other activities too;)

    Liked: Location perfect for nightlife

Disliked: Entrance is dingy and unkept also to be greeted by sex workers was quite something when arriving back in the evening. Beds were hard and springy unsure when last maintenance check was done as fair few issues
