  Didnt get to stay

  Liked: Didnt get to stay we arrived and the pin code didnt work waited outside for 4hrs tryinv to get in contact with someone and still waiting even booking.com not replied to me

  Disliked: I want a full refund asap and refund from insurance. I have 2 young servere autistic children. We traveled 4hrs in the car.

  Paid £80, unable to access property and host blocked us

  Liked: Unfortunately, nothing. We were unable to access the accommodation at all and had to find somewhere else to stay. The owner blocked when I asked about the booking.

  Disliked: This was an appalling experience. While travelling to the property, I messaged to say that we would be arriving at around 3pm. I received a reply asking, “Arriving where, sorry?”, which was extremely concerning considering that we had a confirmed Booking.com reservation and had already paid £80. When we arrived in the area, we still had not been provided with the information we needed to access the property. I sent a screenshot of our confirmed booking showing that we had paid for the accommodation. After that, the host blocked me and became completely unreachable. We were left without access to the accommodation we had paid for and had no choice but to book and pay for a hotel at the last minute. As of writing this review, the £80 we paid for this booking has still not been refunded. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this property to be extremely cautious. Being left without accommodation after paying in advance, with the host then becoming unreachable, was completely unacceptable.

  Absolute let down - nearly spoilt our weekend away

  Liked: Nothing as they completely ignored my phone calls and messages for access code

  Disliked: Everything - pure ignorance, ignoring phone calls and messages from myself and booking.com, had to get a replacement last minute place to stay for the weekend which cost us extra. My partner messaged them and they answered straight away, then once knowing it was us they ignored us again.

  PLEASE DONT BOOK. ACCOMMODATION NO LONGER OPEN

  Liked: The manager approved my refund straight away. However, there is no property to let there!!

  Disliked: PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! There is not a property to let there as it has now closed down. Takes a few days for a refund also so please don't book here 🙏.

  Disliked: The property is not for rent, but is still bookable on booking.com. I have happened to find out that 2 hours before the check-in, when I called the host to arrange the key handling. Surprisingly for both of us, he did not know, that his place is booked, as he stated that the property has been withdrawn from bookin.com long time ago. That led to another booking on the day for the same night and lots of time on the phone with booking.com representatives. As I am writing that now, a week later from the incident, the property is STILL BOOKABLE on booking.com. Absolutely bad management from both the host and booking.com.
