  Very poor standards

Liked: The location is perfect for the city & NUFC

Disliked: We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. There was a fight in the room next door to my daughter’s room & the lock on her door did not work. The rooms were not clean & my son’s bedding had blood stains. We decided to leave & booked another hotel for the second night. I didn’t expect better than a functional room for the price but the first night fell below that standard. The accommodation refused our request for a 2nd night refund.

Disliked: their kitchen and ventilation, difficult sometimes to cook because of fear of alarm 🚨.

  Great value and service

Liked: Loads of room. Hot water, good shower. Perfect for what I needed. Staff were excellent especially Claudia. Customer service in messages was top class.

Disliked: Bed could have been fresher. Staff member entered my room when I was sleeping because she didn't know I had booked an extra night. Wasn't happy about that at all.

Great location. Good value for money

Disliked: I know that I apparently overlooked this when booking, but the property should offer a TV in the room
