Upon check-in at the Vermont Hotel a pre-authorization of GBP £50.00 per night will be taken on your credit card to cover any extras or damages incurred during your stay for your room.

The release of this authorization on either credit or debit card may take up to 7-14 working days to appear on your bank transactions no extra charges should apply.

Sky Lounge available for private hire only. We do not accept same sex leisure parties of more than 6 people. Hotel does not accept hen or stag groups. Group bookings of 10 or more rooms are not accepted Onsite car parking is limited and operated on a first come-first served basis, parking is charged at £10.00 per card per day.

Please note, parking applies only to guests of the Vermont Hotel. The closest car park for guests staying at the Vermont Aparthotel is located on Dean Street, approx. 2 minutes’ walk.

Please note on arrival all guests will be asked to present a credit or debit card for payment. Should your room have been prepaid you will still be asked for a chip-pin card preauthorisation of £50 per night contactless, Apple pay or any form of virtual card will not be accepted for this.

This is released back onto your pending balance providing none of our other services within the hotel have not been utilized and will appear back in your available balance within 14 days depending on your bank. This will open up a line of credit for bar, restaurant, room service or mini bar facilities.

Please note for guests staying at the Vermont Aparthotel, the preauthorisation is £100.00 for a 1 bedroom apartment and £200.00 for a 2 bedroom apartmentIn the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
