  Unpleasant. Customer services said they would bring us some clean towels 🤣 that was the lesser issue of them all

  Liked: It was warm and quiet

  Disliked: Dirty cutlery and plates, all had to be washed before using. Bins in house not emptied and bins overflowing in garden. Rubbish outside the house and in the garden. Towels were wet and smelly. Cheap place for a reason, but I wouldn’t waste your money. When we contacted Wilson’s they said the reason it was like that was because they had had access issues with the last guests😳 not my problem! Didn’t resolve the dirtiness. I said I’d like to make a formal complaint, they ignored that!!! 🤣🤣

  Large modern house and good value for money

  Liked: The house was easy to find and lots of on street parking. Well decorated and modern.

  Disliked: We didn't know how to work the heating but the property had 2 plug in radiators which we used. There was a family shouting in the street outside late at night.

  Shocking, worst stay we have had.. out of 100's

  Liked: Nothing about this stay apart from every moment spent out of the house.

  Disliked: Me and my family stay in a lot of places! Luxury and rough and ready.. we adapt anywhere however, this place was the filthiest place I have every stayed in. It was that bad I called them to send a cleaner over. We therefore, had to go out for them to 'clean' and on my return they had cleaned the window and where the pots and pans were gave the floor a mop but still hadn't cleaned the bathroom. The same bedsheets that I am convinced we're not clean were still on. The house has been ai'd looks nothing like the photos and hasn't had a lick of paint or it's carpets cleaned in a long time. My four year old nicely passed me a condom wrapper she had found. It was complete filth. Needs some maintance. I asked them for a partial refund for the stay as I said to them I am not getting a service they have advertised, I.e a clean 'spotless' home and the images are deceptive. But of course, no refund offered. We are the easiest guests ever don't ask for much so apart from a bed and cleanliness. This however was a complete p take. Also.. a kitchen towel would be nice.. not much cooking equip glad we brought our own. These reviews I looked at must be false or paid for. there is no way that people can say this is beautiful or spotless.

  It’s was a comfortable stay

  Liked: We had a great stay at this home and really enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed during our visit. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day out. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

  Liked: Nothing. The interaction with the owner on finding the condition of the property has been very poor.

  Disliked: The main bedroom had a strange smell. The garden was unusable for children due to the grass length. The sofa had not been cleaned. The bedding had stains on.

  Liked: Central heating. Clean towels, linen, work surfaces and bathroom.

  Disliked: We have found issues with the cleaning and general care, including; 1. There are cobwebs (these are not new as they have dust in the webs) 2. The top of the fridge freezer hasnt been cleaned in weeks if not months, it has grease and dust on it. 3. The freezer compartments have not been cleaned. 4. There was an empty beer bottle on the kitchen floor, next to the fridge. 5. Bottle tops and cigarette ends have been left on the back patio floor, and indeed one top was left on the patio table. 6. The grass hasnt been cut for weeks 7. One bedside table had a sticky substance on it 8. The outside bins have not been emptied for a while, and rubbish is overflowing onto the floor. We would not expect any of these., and raised them with the owner/manager. Their replies were clear in indicating that they didn't care and even tried to bribe me into providing a 10 star review. Ive included a screenshot of the conversation. I would give this property a miss. It isnt near many facilties, we only used it to get into Sunderland, which needed a 25 min walk to the metro station. The WiFi kept dropping and needed resetting too.
