  Excellent place and secured

  Liked: Host was really helpful, perfect location, clean apartment facilities were great, tea, coffee, iron, washing machine, clean towels

  Disliked: Area wasn’t great understandably being central you get some people who are less fortunate making noise on the street, but that’s no fault of the host

  It’s average but bunk bed and sofa needs to be changed immediately

  They worked with our arrival time for checking in and were very kind with checkout as I had little c

  Liked: Breakfast wasn’t available but kitchen facilities were available and clean to use with utensils and cutleries

  Disliked: I would say prior to visit the windows should be open to get rid of trapped smell in the room. Aside that.. everything was ok once the window was left open and the smell disappeared and perhaps maybe have air freshener available in the property too

  Value for money

  Liked: I would say value for money.location good, close to the shops and take aways

  Disliked: On arrival didn’t get confirmation and key code, luckily the guy came out of the door, but didn’t introduced himself that he is the staff, just asked silly questions if made a bookings etc, overall he went to take his phone and in front of me send the room number and key code. 😁 room was ok, just the fridge needs more attention. The area is sooo messy, rubbish everywhere, very dirty area.

  Great value, comfortable apartment

  Liked: Great value for money. Clean and comfortable beds. Handy bus service just across the road. Very good communication with hosts.

  Disliked: The toilet had urine all over it. There was a hole in the bedroom ceiling. There was a hole in the hallway that seemed to be a fire alarm once upon a time. The fridge had a horrible smell. There was a lot of noise at night and we did not feel very safe with the other people entering the building
