Good
We had an apartment with 2 rooms booked but there was no booking when we arrived
Good location but for the money I expected more
Liked: Clean, fairly new, easy location for our needs
Disliked: All very cheap and basic interiors. Toilet seat was loose, key got stuck in door lock and we had to call the owner out to sort it, water pressure isn’t great, plug stuck in bathroom sink so couldn’t drain water, hallway smelt musty. Bed wasn’t particularly felt like a very cheap mattress.
Okay place, very bad hosts
Liked: Clean place, basic facilities, will do for a couple nights stay. Reasonable for the price, given we booked last minute.
Disliked: TL:DR - rude host, unreliable, will ghost you if you have any issues. The hosts are horrible. The incident was that I left my baby's sound machine at the apartment on check out (my fault). I messaged the host to see if they have found anything during clean up. Chased them for more than 1 week with multiple messages with no clear answer, and then one day they just stopped replying. Ghosted entirely. Also during our initial booking they were very rude and abrupt.

Liked: The location close to JR Hospital.
Disliked: Poorly appointed and finished with broken items, chair, freezer, flooring. Not well equipped kitchen, no T towels, cutting knives, can openers oven gloves etc etc. No user manual for the property. Too few towels and very poor quality no change of towels or linen after one week. Like the rest of the property the mattresses were done on the cheap! We were not allocated the flat we booked. Noisy bedrooms. Only one front door key.

Liked: The apartment is new and clean, like a five-star hotel The property's location is very special, as it is close to bus stations and next to restaurants and cafes, and the neighborhood is very safe. The owner's treatment is very nice.
It was only for one night but wished could have stayed longer. Love the apartment
