  Decent for one night

Liked: Location excellent! Practical for one night. Nice temperature, and we could open the windows.

Disliked: The hotel is a little rough around the edges and the entrance looks dodgy, but perhaps to be expected for such a reasonable price in this location. Some comfort issues (no mirror in the bathroom, very strange! And my mattress was really bumpy). Thankfully still slept okay. We booked a double room but were given a twin. I didn't bother mentioning it because we could at least push the beds together.

  Needs a big renovation

Liked: Location good for what we needed.

Disliked: Shower had half a door, mould around shower tray and cracked shower tray did not use it.

Do not stay if you’re running oxford half or looking for a good night of sleep

Liked: The only positive is the location is in the city centre. That’s it.

Disliked: The whole room felt incredibly unclean. At night it’s insanely loud from the street, but specifically for oxford half weekend they had trucks loading and unloading loudly all night long. So intense that it shook the windows and we were on the 3rd floor. I also asked the front desk well in advance if I could have a late check out as I was running the half and they agreed prior to my stay. When I got back at 11:50am (agreed late checkout was 12pm) they already had a cleaner in there and the front desk acted like we had never agreed on 12pm. They just left my bags outside and didn’t apologise at all.

Excellent Theatre, pub and bus location

Liked: The bedroom was spotless. The location was perfect..

Disliked: To say I didn't like is not accurate, when you first walk in ot looks a bit scruffy. However our bedroom was clean, the location was absolutely spot on. Maybe a mirror in the bathroom and couple of teaspoons x
