Very nice shame about the garden situation

Liked: This was a lovely property. Clean everything I need and great location

Disliked: Considering this is a pet friendly place the gardens were communal. This meant that my dogs could easily get into next doors bungalow as he had his doors open. It would be a good idea if there was a partition between the doors out the back.

  A bit disappointing

Liked: The host was in touch before arrival, he remembered us from a previous stay. The location was great, close to the hospital so we could attend our appointments.

Disliked: We were put in a different property to the one we had booked and paid for. It was over a week before we moved into the one we had originally booked and there were quite a few issues throughout our stay.

Location very convient and private, good sized rooms, excellent bathroom. Comfortable bed

Disliked: Maintenance not so good. Bedroom separate light had a broken plug. No coathangers in the wardrobe so no hanging space. Bedroom needed a chair. I think in winter you would like curtains as an insulation and making the room pleasanter. A shower mat is needed to avoid anyone slipping. The crockery is minimal, with only one bowl- has one been broken and not replaced, Cuttlery for two people is fine but kitchen cutlery was limited. I would have liked a small vegetable knife.

  Feedback constructive criticism

Liked: Bungalow and location were great for our stay.

Disliked: Access code, actual address and description of premises all supplied by booking.com were wrong, and only through the help of the premises owner were our issues rectified. Other issues including stained bedding, towels for only one person, no WiFi and a TV that did not work.
