Super easy, and simple stay in a value for money, good location, spacious apartment

Liked: Plenty of space, plenty of appliances, and plenty of light/big windows. super simple process, good location, easy to access the property.

Disliked: Funny food smell when I first arrived. Had to open the window to air it out. A slight smell that lingered for the friend sleeping on the sofa bed.

Refused to let us switch dates despite a government weather rating advising against travel

Poor experience, not the apartment I booked

Liked: I can’t comment on the apartment I booked, because they put me in apartment 101 instead of 201. That was a ground floor apartment with fewer windows, all of which were tinted, a different layout and different furniture. By the time I was aware of this it was the afternoon I was due to check in, and no time to find an alternative.

By the time I was aware of this it was the afternoon I was due to check in, and no time to find an alternative. I didn’t like being given a different apartment to the one I booked. I chose it for multiple reasons, but being able to sit and work by the window was key. The one I was put in was missing equivalent furniture and didn’t have windows you could see out of. The fridge was set so cold my milk froze. They offered to let me switch to a different apartment midway through my stay, or have some extra furniture brought in. Neither acceptable. The room on the whole was also tatty, the floor damaged, and there were ants on the worktop.

very useful flat for visiting a student at oxford

Liked: clean, well equipped, great location, easy to access

Disliked: very creaky floorboards in flat directly above bedroom - and location of their bathroom. was quite a disturbed night - leading to the rather low comfort score given. I was unlucky that the occupant of the upper flat was up so much in the night.

    Liked: Location

Disliked: The flat has no washing machine despite what is said in the description. I contacted the service to find a solution and I never got a reply
