  Good location

Liked: Comfortable bed, parking (although a little tight), convenient bus routes, 20 minute walk to Headington (old).

Disliked: Bathroom a bit tired (and a shower curtain).

  Not great

Disliked: We’ve booked the Guest house specifically because it had parking. It did not have enough parking. We were asked to move our car when we double parked somebody which is fair enough, but there was nobody outside waiting to move their car and we were told we could park a couple of houses down as that was empty and when I replied it would have been better to have been told beforehand as the weather was terrible & the man put the phone down before I finished speaking.

Disliked: There's not a lot of parking spaces, so maybe contact the property before you drive in.

  Lovely room, great location!

Liked: Friendly welcome, clean room. Good location. Wish we'd had the breakfast!!

Disliked: There was something stuck on bed sheet, but it's one of those things, everything else was spotless.

Comfortable bed and adequate facilities, but could be cleaner and more secure

Liked: Big bed, was comfortable. Shower was adequate. Fairly quiet. Room was fairly clean.

Disliked: Crockery was not properly cleaned, the sponge provided was used. There was a mark resembling a bogey on the head board. The security is not good - partner was let into the room while I was at work without checking with me first - they just believed who he said he was. Then after phoning me, they rudely marched him out and made him wait in the dining room.

Disliked: Outdated throughout. Bedroom blind was mouldy, needs replacing.
