  fantastic

Liked: Very lovely hotel, within walking distance of all of Oxford’s attractions. There was a gentleman of Asian heritage at check-in who was incredibly friendly and greeted us with the brightest smile. I asked for his name, but unfortunately I have forgotten it. A huge thank you to him — he really brightened our stay! The rest of the staff were equally welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the bed was spotlessly clean.

  Disliked: Nothing

A really good hotel with an excellent location

Liked: Staff ready to receive and help when I arrived. Room clean and comfortable. Good lighting.

Disliked: I was a little rushed as I had a function to attend. I was completing the form with my car details and the two reception staff had started a non work related conversation.....I couldn't remember the date - so I had to interrupt them in the end which was a awkward. The foam pillows are uncomfortable
