  Lovely little guest house 10 min walk away from city centre

  Liked: 10 minutes away from the city centre. Lovely little guest house with a great little cafe. Nice and quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend.

  Great location, rough facilities

  Liked: The staff were lovely! The location is great. Good parking and dog friendly.

  Disliked: The facilities are not good. The room was damaged: dirty, ripped carpet, dirty walls, damaged appliances in kitchen, bathroom fixtures (shower, toilet) were broken. It's just in a bit of a state.

  Pleasant but basic accomodation at a good price in quiet residental area

  Liked: Nice, quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the city centre; good value property relative to other properties in Oxford. Comfortable and clean double beds. Large communal space and TV, with a well-equipped separate kitchen for this type of accommodation. Easy access through the door codes - saved us from carrying keys around. Really grateful for the option of having a late checkout for only £20.

  Disliked: Property felt rather unloved, needed redecorating and a thorough clean, loads of cobwebs everywhere, particularly in stairwells and windows. Some of the windows wouldn't close. The facilities overall could do with being modernised, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

  The hotel is very disjointed and aligned to student facilities, disappointing as it should be so much better

  Liked: Space in the room and location

  Disliked: Check in was confusing - it’s in an adjacent cafe Room was in a basement and smelt heavily of damp, intact you could see where areas had been painted over. Booking.com sent a note saying because we have booked through them you got free breakfast - the site refused this and so we had to pay - even though we had proof! Kettle had so much limescale in it to get boiling water we had to use the hob. Wouldn’t stay again
