  It was like visiting a family friend!

  Liked: We had a nice cup of tea and a good conversation with Monika when we arrived which was nice! Good tea too., the bed was soft and comfortable, food shower and friendly host! It was a great place to stay and we're looking forward to being back.

  Disliked: I don't really think there is anything that can be improved!

  Staying with Monika and her family was truly a delight which far surpassed our expectations!

We found nothing at all wanting in the accommodations, but to the contrary Monika’s welcoming hospitality to us went above and beyond our expectations. Truly, we felt that our experience staying with Monika and her family only enriched our stay in Headington, Oxford and added to the wonderful memories made. We would highly recommend Headington Haven, and would happily stay there if ever again in Oxford ourselves!

  Friendly family home, lush dog, good location

  Liked: Monika is super friendly and we had a lots of nice chats, but I could also have chill time when necessary. I quickly became besties with the little dog Alice. Location was fairly close to Oxford Brookes Uni which is why I was there. Also Shotover park is pretty close by. Room was nice, lots of light. Even got given home baked cookies one evening.

  Disliked: You just have to be aware you are living in someone else’s family home, which is well lived in by Monika’s family and sometimes other guests. It was fine for me but maybe not for everyone. The bed was a kinda futon thing so fine but not the most comfortable.
