Bespoke farm stay accomodation located on the Northside of the Oxford bypass beyond Old Marston

Liked: Location was ideal for my commitments in Oxford. Interior decor was tasteful. Aspect and views of surrounding countryside was bucolic.

Disliked: Breakfast bacon rubbery and scrambled eggs contained human hairs. Coffee was watery and unpleasant my "Picolo" bore no resemblance to the real thing. Breakfast staffer "Jenna" was friendly and professional.

A Truly excellent place to stay and good value for money

Liked: An excellently set out property with superbly designed and fitted rooms, extremely clean and quiet for a great nights sleep. The choice of breakfasts too was excellent and so was the service that accompanied the food. The grounds are extensive and also superbly set out. The location is ideal for visiting Oxford and the surrounding locations such as Blenheim Palace.

Disliked: The property itself and the staff very friendly and helpful however Oxford has recently introduced charges for taking your car into Oxford so could catch the unknowing driver out unexpectedly, best to check with the staff when planning excursions.

Lovely cottage and farm, some deeper cleaning

Liked: Very picturesque, active farm with horse riding and other activities. The grounds were well maintained,

Disliked: Was not clean enough. Hair on the carpet, glass weren’t clean, TV remote dusty, mildew and mould in the shower.

Liked: The room was lovely and quiet, and very spacious. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it.

Disliked: The only disappointin g aspect of the stay was the location. The hotel was situated on one side of a dual carriageway, meaning you had to drive all the way to the roundabout and come back down the other side to reach your destination. This could result in delays of 10–15 minutes in traffic. Other than this inconvenience, there was very little to fault about the place.

Liked: *Cosy room *Nice view *Very clean *Great breakfast Love that the owners had put together an information pack about tourist attractions around the area, distance to bus stops, restaurant recommendations and even the exact prices of some taxi fares.

Disliked: The only fault that we can give is that the TV didn't work in the room, not an issue as we were only there for one night but if a guest is staying longer this may be an issue.
