A very nice home. Our family enjoyed our stay here

Liked: All the rooms have ensuite toilet. The kitchen is well stocked. Big car park for us to park our 9 seater. The attic room is huge and spacious.

Disliked: Dining area is a bit small. May be better not to separate the dining room and TV room.

Overall excellent experience with the host and house!!

Liked: The property was beautiful. The luxury of everyone having their own bathroom was wonderful. The location to downtown was prime. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend and go back again!

Disliked: There was a bit of a mildew order in the first floor bedroom. Not sure, but think it has to do with the bathroom shower drain.

Clean, spacious great for families and friends travelling together

Liked: Check-in was quick and easy, with clear instructions and the keys conveniently stored in a lockbox. The property was very spacious, and having five bathrooms for three bedrooms was a huge bonus. The host was also very responsive, kind and organised. We had a small misunderstanding with the duvet and accidentally created a bit of extra work, but the host handled it very graciously and explained everything clearly after checkout.

Disliked: Honestly, there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. If we had to be critical, it would be that the property isn’t located within walking distance of Oxford town centre, and parking in town can be a little expensive. Given we were driving, it didn’t bother us much at all and we still had a really lovely stay.

Really pleasant, well appointed house, spotlessly clean

Liked: Spotlessly clean, really well stocked with useful things, fabulous layout with 4 good sized bedrooms.

Disliked: Parking is tight for 3 cars, although plenty of roadside parking.

Comfortable tasteful house in the suburbs of Oxford

Liked: Comfortable all ensuite bedrooms. Luxurious bedding, towels, window blinds apart from top storey bedroom. Tasteful decor, including silk flower arrangements and pictures Quiet suburban location. Nearby Aldi and regular public transport into Oxford city centre.

Disliked: Lack of comfortable sitting space in small lounge area with inadequate lighting but realise that was the price we paid for number of bedrooms. It was adequate for 4 people but would have been in adequate for 4 couples.. Outside garden area made up for it providing ample seating area with comfortable furniture.

A great house for a weekend catchup with family or friends

Liked: As four couples and a toddler, this was the perfect house for us all to spend the weekend. Four en-suite double bedrooms (and an additional shower room downstairs) made it much easier for us to get ready and avoid bathroom queues! The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of seating plus a lounge off the kitchen which then leads onto the garden which, had the weather been better, we would have spent a lot of time in. The house is about a 10 minute drive into the city but an Uber for 4 costing approx. £12 makes it easier than getting the bus (which is not direct). Laima, the host, was great with communication when we were booking and prior to arriving and when we had a hot water problem on Saturday morning, she came straight round!

  Disliked: Nothing not to like.
