  Really nice apartment convenient for Oxford town and colleges

  Liked: Great location for Oxford town and colleges, parking available, really comfortable beds and very helpful staff.

  Disliked: Having to strip my own bed and take out the rubbish to a hard to find central waste storage. I book multiple properties a year on booking.com and I have never had to empty the bins before. Usually this is done by the cleaning team.

  Good stay in Oxford

  Liked: The size of the apartment was great. Excellent lounge room and the kitchen was great. Facilities were modern and worked well.

  Disliked: We didn't fully understand that the hot water heater would continually turn itself off so we had a few cold showers. Luckily the weather was very hot. No air conditioning was hard to take in the sweltering weather conditions (the little fan did its best but couldn't do much)

  If you need a pleasant accommodation when in Oxford, that's one of the best choice you can make

  Liked: once arrived, a simple whatsapp message was the only thing necessary to get a representative just after a couple of minutes to hand me over the keys and accompanying into the apartment. Very kind and friendly to inform us about the things to do in Oxford, nice places to visit, restaurants, latest time to check out, etc. Very much appreciated

  Excellent- highly recommend

  Liked: Located near lovely shops, restaurants in Jericho and easy walk along the river into the centre. Spacious and well stocked with secure parking. Staff very helpful and good instructions to locate and enter. Previous reviews stated difficult to find - we did not have an issues, used postcode in instructions took us straight there.

  Disliked: Unusual to be asked to clean surfaces and bathrooms, may reflect longer lets.

  Liked: We loved the Jericho location. The apartment had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Beds were soft but comfortable, shower was good, kitchen/living room had good space. The free parking was a real bonus. Robert provided a friendly welcome

  Disliked: Echoing what earlier reviews have said - there were more comms than usual for this kind of booking. However, the tone is friendly and Robert and the team were responsive and helpful

Good to know

A guest relation will meet and greet the tenant at the apartment to welcome and check them in. They will show the tenant the apartment, its facilities and introduce them to the area.

Any request for additional key(s) should be made prior to arrival. Please note there may be a charge for this.

Check-in and check-out outside of advertised times is only possible by prior arrangement and is subject to additional charge.

At the time of the check out the tenant must ensure:

-The property is left in a clean and tidy condition.

-To lock the property and put the keys through the letterbox (unless instructed otherwise).

-Ensure all the lights are switched off.

-All the heating is reset (switched off).

-All rubbish should be left in the waste disposal room/site.
