A good little place in a very convenient location

Liked: Great location and set up

Disliked: Only 1 fan, would have been good to have a second one - but this was during the heatwave so probably the exception rather than the rule.

  Not as described

Liked: Some renovations have been made that improve the property based on the pictures; kitchen and bathroom refit. easy walk into city. Good shops nearby for supplies

Disliked: Some renovations have been made that make the property not as advertised based on the pictures; see garden image. Overall it was clean, but there were dirty marks on the walls in the bathroom and you can see there is a leak issue with the bathroom coming through into the living room ceiling which has meant a redecoration also. Colour schemes are not as bold as the pictures. This is a company managed property so an additional £175 fee is required. Plus you have to upload Id with address for them to provide the key safe code before you can access the property, this goes against booking.com’s advice in the message centre. There is no cot available for baby, I asked if there happened to be a high chair and was told no, only to find one in the cupboard! The double bed is a small double!

  Great location,clean,tidy,warm

Liked: it was well equipped. Good location and parking spot was very handy. It was a lovely warm property and good shower.

Disliked: The double bed did not feel like a double bed, it felt more between a double and a single, would have been good to know before

Liked: Decent location, and a nice house. Had all the amenities needed cheapish parking just a walk down the road.

Disliked: Issue with the sofa bed on arrival but was given later checkout as compensation. Was a one off incident I believe.
