  Fabulous Stay!

Liked: We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was extremely well equipped. The place was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and all the little touches made it feel like a real home from home. The location was perfect — a supermarket within walking distance and excellent transport links into the city centre made getting around so easy. We couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely stay here again!

  Not clean and owner dishonest

Liked: The location was good, about 8 mins drive to the park and ride.

Disliked: The hygiene. The bedsheets on at least one of the beds had not been changed. I had a horrible surprise in the morning when I woke to find someone’s used contact lenses by my pillow. There was also a blood stain on the mattress and a couple of hairs in the bed. Furthermore there was oil left on the hob which clearly also hadn’t been cleaned. When I informed the owner of this, she dishonestly said that we did not show up at the property - presumably to try to stop us from leaving a review or complaining. The twin beds were also not comfortable. I would advise not staying here if you care about the bedsheets being changed.

Liked: Adeuate accommodation, clear communication re check in and check out. Comfortable and clean, Expensive given location.

Disliked: Many many emails before and during stay as well as signs up in property re check out times, maintaining cleanliness of property, threats of extra fees etc, +/- loss of deposit. Does not make for an overall comfortable or welcome feeling, but the accommodation was otherwise fit for its purpose
