Nice option to stay close to Oxford; easy to get to the town centre

Liked: Well located, in Headington, close to shops and restaurantes; easy to get to Oxford centre (bus would take only 10 min approximately). Very clean, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. Very nice guesthouse. Would definitely select it again if come back to Oxford some day.

  Liked: Liked the location.

Disliked: Bed was hard as a brick as was the pillows, very uncomfortable. Shower was a drip, and the radiator was manky black. The heating was only on every second day. Not impressed.

Disliked: Unfortunately at 10:20 AM one from the personnel entered the room without knocking. At booking com the checkout time is 11:00am and the wanted to vacate the room 10:30. I think the policy is very wrong. The room also was very cold. They have to pay attention to the comfort of the customers. I am very disappointed.
