Guest reviews
Good
Liked: The room was a bit mouldy and smelt musty. The ceiling is so thin you can hear everything in the room directly above which is unfortunate if the people above you start jumping around and moving furniture at 3am. The TV didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable. Check in at 4pm and check out by 11am is a rip off. I wouldn't recommend it and definitely wouldn't stay here again.
Liked: Clean, affordable and convenient
Liked: Awful room unclean To didn’t work Positive is location but generally really unhappy
Liked: Too much reliance on having to have smart phones to receive emails with codes on. To get the key took four attempts on the pad. Key takes moving it about before it opens the door. I prefer to have a person at a reception to help with any problems instead of someone on the end of a email or telephone.
Liked: Good location.
Liked: Booked for two days 12th and 13th July the previous day, Did not receive any link until called and checked in the morning of 12th. Even after providing selfies and proofs still no instructions until mid day. called and I was reassured will be sent immediately. Until 10pm on 12th July received nothing. As too late for check in called back and after providing details several times again only finally sent the entering instructions. No explanation. I have requested refund for the first night as it was too late to come for check in after a busy long shift at the hospital. No reply yet. It was very bad experience and worst check in process
