  It was adequate

Liked: The location was great and the staff were very nice. There are no facilities at the hotel apart from the rooms, not even a toilet in the foyer

Disliked: I think this was once a lovely hotel but unfortunately at some point they've sold off part of the building so it's now above a Sainsburys Local Store and the entrance is stuffed around the side. The rooms were clean but dated and very noisy. We had to move from the first one as there was a large aircon unit from the shop downstairs running constantly right outside the window making sleep difficult.

Ok for one night. I wouldn’t rush back

Disliked: A bit run down. Jarring automatic lights in hall. Beds only so-so.

  Excellent!

Liked: The room was excellent and the staff was amazingly helpful. Especially Connie. My room was clean, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The only thing missing for me was a small refrigerator, but Connie let me put my food in the staff refrigerator, and every time I needed it she and the rest of the wonderful staff went back and forth to bring it to me. Thank you!

Disliked: A small refrigerator in the room would be very helpful
