  Liked: Excellent location, short walk to Iffley road busstop to get into town. Beautiful, well equipped kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of space.

  Disliked: Bedroom was a little sparsely decorated - some more pictures and tucking the router and cables away might help?

  Good stay but could have been better with a few improvements

  Liked: Spacious. Cool on hot day. Nicely decorated. Great appliances including coffee machine. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Good sized outdoor space.

  Disliked: Confusing information about parking. Add says no parking but first come first serve space available. We purchased parking unnecessarily. No sound insulation. We woke up ridiculously early with people walking around the flat upstairs. Maintenance of outdoor space poor (dirty bench and chair, broken paving and overgrowth). We wanted to use it but didn't have the time to clean it. Bedlinen for sofabed not provided and bed made with a thick duvet in the middle of a hot summer which meant having to re-make bed. Instructions for using the coffee machine would have been useful.

  BUYER BEWARE! Extra costs await if you choose this dark basement flat

  Liked: It had off road parking and was pet friendly

  Disliked: The extra costs. Either £300 refundable deposit (plus no refundable admin fee) or £30. The kitchen and living space was a lot darker than the photos suggested. And the garden space was dirty, overgrown and unwelcoming. They said the sofa bed would be made up for us but it wasn’t. Although the bedroom is big and bright, the window blinds barely block out the early morning sun.

  Attractive, well equipped modern flat convenient location

  Liked: Lovely basement flat recently refurbished. Everything you need to self cater but lots of great places to eat within 10mins walk and great cafes within 2 minutes. Easy private parking was great. Very convenient for buses into town.

  Disliked: Midi bath is unnecessary and makes taking a shower awkward - shower itself is great.
