    Very good, but expensive

Liked: Lovely quiet location in old Headington. Easy to get into Oxford city centre on the buses. Room very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: I made several enquiries about the availability of parking, none of which were answered. In the end I came by train, so it was no longer relevant, but the only reply I got to a direct email was "we are looking forward to seeing you", which didn't answer my question. I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have any. The evening meal was very good, although I don't like food served on a slate "platter", a bit gimmicky and unnecessary.

A terrific spot for a visit to Oxford

Liked: All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Easy access to central Oxford via bus or taxi. The rooms are well-appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfasts are cooked to order and very tasty. All in all, a great place to stay.

    Disliked: Nothing.
